Day 1 (Nov 23): Dedicated HKINF session

Days 2 & 3 (Nov 24–25): Experience of the Open Forum and Plenary sessions at U21 Health Sciences Group (HSG) 2026 Annual Meeting

Delegates: HKD1,600.00

Students with valid student proof: HKD800.00

• All participants must register.

• All attendees of the 16th Hong Kong International Nursing Forum (HKINF) will receive an HKINF name badge, online program book, and an electronic certificate of attendance.

• Complimentary lunch and tea receptions will be provided for November 23 – 25, 2026.

• Registration is subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis and will not be processed until full payment has been received (if applicable). Once the seating capacity of Lecture Theatres 3 and 4 at the Cheung Kung Hai Conference Centre is reached, participants will be directed to view the live stream in other rooms at the venue. Seating is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

• A personalised link will be sent to students for submission of a valid student card to register as “Student”. Participants who cannot submit valid proof will be required to pay the fee difference.​

 

Remarks: Members of U21 HSG institutions are encouraged to register via the official meeting website (https://u21health.org/2026-hong-kong) for FULL participation in the U21 Health Sciences Group 2026 Annual Meeting. Full participation includes a conference badge, and access to meeting social events.

Payment Procedure

• The payment method included credit cards, Octopus, Faster Payment System (FPS) and both Hong Kong and China wallets of WeChat Pay and Alipay

Registration Confirmation

​​

• A confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration and full payment. For abstract presenters, registration using the same email address as indicated in the abstract submission system is necessary. Official receipt will be issued via e-mail within one month after the forum.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
